If nothing changes
Based on the information you entered, here’s one way your remaining time could look.
Your time is your life
Your life is made of a surprisingly small number of weeks. See where yours may go — and what you could get back.
Your life, in weeks
Enter your date of birth and average daily phone screen time to visualize the weeks behind you, the time everyday life may require, and the time you may still be able to reclaim.
How to read your weeks
One dot equals one 168-hour week. Black dots are weeks that have actually passed. The other colors show the equivalent number of full weeks your remaining hours may add up to.

Thirty minutes less
A half hour can feel small. Across years, it is anything but.
Cut it in half
Same estimated lifespan. Same everyday necessities. More of what remains becomes yours.
Your entered phone time is greater than the time left after the standardized categories above. Some phone use likely overlaps with work, eating, commuting, or other activities, so the chart caps gray dots at the remaining-time pool rather than showing negative free time.
One dot = one 168-hour week. Black dots represent actual weeks already elapsed since the date of birth entered. Future colored dots represent the equivalent number of full weeks that the estimated hours for each category add up to; they are not meant to imply that an entire chronological week is spent on only one activity.
The standardized assumptions are: sleep 8 hours/day; eating 2 hours/day; work/school 8 hours/day, 4.5 days/week until age 70; bathroom/hygiene 25 minutes/day for males and 30 minutes/day for females; and commute time 26 minutes/day, 5 days/week. Phone screen time is taken from the remaining/free-time pool to avoid intentionally adding it on top of every other category.
Life expectancy uses the Social Security Administration’s 2023 Period Life Table, as used in the 2026 Trustees Report. SSA describes the value at each exact age as the average remaining years expected under the table’s mortality rates. The calculator uses the visitor’s completed age for the SSA lookup and the exact date of birth for weeks already lived. This is a population-level actuarial estimate, not a prediction of any individual lifespan.
The point isn’t guilt. It’s possibility.
How you spend those weeks is up to you. What will you do with yours?
