Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Items (Final Sale)
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically to your requested name, phrase, design, logo, or specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized products.
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be restocked or resold once produced. For this reason, all personalized sales are final.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review spelling, dates, colors, and customization details before placing an order.
If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer Approval Responsibility
By submitting personalization details (including but not limited to names, dates, initials, phrases, colors, file uploads, or design selections), you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all customization information prior to placing your order.
Orders will be produced exactly as submitted.
We are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, dates, formatting, or other details provided by the customer at checkout.
If a design proof is provided prior to production, failure to respond within the stated timeframe will be considered approval of the proof as shown.
We will remake or replace personalized items only in the event of:

A verified manufacturing defect

Damage during shipping

An error made by our team that differs from the submitted personalization details
We reserve the right to request photo documentation before issuing a replacement.
Natural Material Variation Disclaimer
Many of our products are made from natural materials, including but not limited to wood and wood-based products. Due to the inherent characteristics of natural materials, each piece will display unique variations in color, grain pattern, texture, tone, and engraving contrast.
These variations are natural and expected and are not considered defects.
No two pieces will look exactly the same. Exact color matching, grain replication, or engraving tone consistency cannot be guaranteed due to natural differences in material density and composition.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the uniqueness of your item.
Natural material variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible grounds for return, refund, or exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: Personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods created specifically for you.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
